Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHMP4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,787 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction, Regulation by virus of viral protein levels in host cell, and Establishment of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with CHMP4B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP4B-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP4B results are reported.
