CHMP4B

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHMP4B RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CHMP4B data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher CHMP4B RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHMP4B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and THCA show a favorable association.

UVM, LIHC, and PAAD are the cancer types where CHMP4B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
