Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP1B2P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHMP1B2P-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD115-9 and RNY1P2. Each is linked with CHMP1B2P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP1B2P-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP1B2P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD115-9 grouped by CHMP1B2P-low versus CHMP1B2P-high in UCEC.
