Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHMP1B2P RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CHMP1B2P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CHMP1B2P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHMP1B2P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and MESO show a favorable association.
HNSC, MESO, and LIHC are the cancer types where CHMP1B2P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
