CHMP1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHMP1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,894 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHMP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS15AP3, SLC6A14P3, and OR8F1P. Each is linked with CHMP1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHMP1B-to-partner and partner-to-CHMP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS15AP3 grouped by CHMP1B-low versus CHMP1B-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHMP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHMP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
