CHML

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHML mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,079 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHML-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP385, RNU5E-10P, and RNA5SP213. Each is linked with CHML in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHML-to-partner and partner-to-CHML results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHML→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHML) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
