Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHID1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,430 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHV3OR16-6, IGHV3OR16-13, and CCL5. Each is linked with CHID1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHID1-to-partner and partner-to-CHID1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHV3OR16-6 grouped by CHID1-low versus CHID1-high in UCEC.
