CHIAP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHIAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,824 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHIAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIFO, CFAP94, and DNAH7. Each is linked with CHIAP3 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHIAP3-to-partner and partner-to-CHIAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHIAP3 versus PIFO in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHIAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHIAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
