Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHIAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,137 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHIAP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to vacuole, Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process, and Internal protein amino acid acetylation. Each is linked with CHIAP3 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHIAP3-to-partner and partner-to-CHIAP3 results are reported.
