CHIA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHIA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,044 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHIA-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf89, PIFO, and CHIAP2. Each is linked with CHIA in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHIA-to-partner and partner-to-CHIA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHIA versus C16orf89 in LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHIA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHIA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
