CHIA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHIA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,477 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHIA-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE2, KIF18A, and DLGAP5. Each is linked with CHIA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHIA-to-partner and partner-to-CHIA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLE2 grouped by CHIA-low versus CHIA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHIA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHIA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
