CHIA

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHIA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHIA-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Notch1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with CHIA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHIA-to-partner and partner-to-CHIA results are reported.
