CHIA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHIA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHIA-associated genes across cancer lineages are C20orf85, OR1L4, and OR4D6. Each is linked with CHIA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHIA-to-partner and partner-to-CHIA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C20orf85 grouped by CHIA-low versus CHIA-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHIA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHIA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
