CHI3L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHI3L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,527 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHI3L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HCK, PTPN6, and DEF6. Each is linked with CHI3L2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHI3L2-to-partner and partner-to-CHI3L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHI3L2 versus HCK in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHI3L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHI3L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
