Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHI3L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,891 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHI3L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNNM3, ATXN7L3B, and POLG2. Each is linked with CHI3L2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHI3L2-to-partner and partner-to-CHI3L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHI3L2 versus CNNM3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHI3L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHI3L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
