Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHI3L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,660 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHI3L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC1, S100A8, and S100A9. Each is linked with CHI3L2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHI3L2-to-partner and partner-to-CHI3L2 results are reported.
