CHI3L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHI3L2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHI3L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, EGFR, and FoxM1. Each is linked with CHI3L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHI3L2-to-partner and partner-to-CHI3L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by CHI3L2-low versus CHI3L2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHI3L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHI3L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
