CHI3L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHI3L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 129 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHI3L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CA2, ATP5F1E, and CLEC18C. Each is linked with CHI3L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHI3L2-to-partner and partner-to-CHI3L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CA2 grouped by CHI3L2-low versus CHI3L2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHI3L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHI3L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
