CHD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,483 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CHD1_S1677, PHAX, and LMNB1. Each is linked with CHD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD1-to-partner and partner-to-CHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHD1 versus CHD1_S1677 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
