Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,493 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMNB1, CCNB1, and CDC25C. Each is linked with CHD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHD1-to-partner and partner-to-CHD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHD1 versus LMNB1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
