Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHCHD4P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,338 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHCHD4P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SHROOM3, IP6K1, and UNG. Each is linked with CHCHD4P2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD4P2-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD4P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD4P2 versus SHROOM3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.22.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHCHD4P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHCHD4P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
