Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHCHD4P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CHCHD4P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CHCHD4P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHCHD4P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and STAD show a favorable association.

LUAD, TGCT, and KIRC are the cancer types where CHCHD4P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
