CHCHD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHCHD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,929 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHCHD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THUMPD3, COA7, and GEMIN5. Each is linked with CHCHD4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD4-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD4 versus THUMPD3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHCHD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHCHD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
