Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHCHD3P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,680 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHCHD3P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOSTRIN, PLCL1, and DPYSL2. Each is linked with CHCHD3P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD3P2-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD3P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD3P2 versus NOSTRIN in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHCHD3P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHCHD3P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
