CHCHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHCHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHCHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02564, RNU6-1297P, and RNU6-1236P. Each is linked with CHCHD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHCHD1-to-partner and partner-to-CHCHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02564 grouped by CHCHD1-low versus CHCHD1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHCHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHCHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
