Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1297P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1297P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1297P is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNU6-1297P RNA expression shows 6,551 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight UVM, BRCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where RNU6-1297P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
