Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHAF1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,944 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHAF1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, CDKN3, and GINS1. Each is linked with CHAF1B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHAF1B-to-partner and partner-to-CHAF1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1B versus CENPM in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHAF1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHAF1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
