Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHAF1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHAF1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, JNK2, and Ku80. Each is linked with CHAF1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHAF1B-to-partner and partner-to-CHAF1B results are reported.
