Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHAF1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,712 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHAF1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, Mitotic chromosome condensation, and Mitotic nuclear division. Each is linked with CHAF1B in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHAF1B-to-partner and partner-to-CHAF1B results are reported.
