CHAF1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHAF1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,451 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHAF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPDYE20P, RNU6-376P, and TSPY26P. Each is linked with CHAF1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHAF1A-to-partner and partner-to-CHAF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPDYE20P grouped by CHAF1A-low versus CHAF1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHAF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHAF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
