CHAF1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHAF1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 735 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHAF1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP26, NT5DC3, and PWWP3A. Each is linked with CHAF1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHAF1A-to-partner and partner-to-CHAF1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP26 grouped by CHAF1A-low versus CHAF1A-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHAF1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHAF1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
