Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CH25H RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,960 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CH25H-associated proteins across cancer lineages are F13A1, FOLR2, and STAB1. Each is linked with CH25H in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CH25H-to-partner and partner-to-CH25H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CH25H versus F13A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CH25H→partner) and Y-score (partner→CH25H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
