Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CH25H RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CH25H data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher CH25H RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CH25H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LUAD show a favorable association.

OV, HNSC, and UVM are the cancer types where CH25H RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
