Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CH25H protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,297 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CH25H-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMX2OS, AAK1, and ZNF608. Each is linked with CH25H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CH25H-to-partner and partner-to-CH25H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CH25H versus EMX2OS in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CH25H→partner) and Y-score (partner→CH25H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
