Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CH25H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 580 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CH25H-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ12, HAO2-IT1, and RN7SKP42. Each is linked with CH25H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CH25H-to-partner and partner-to-CH25H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ12 grouped by CH25H-low versus CH25H-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CH25H→partner) and Y-score (partner→CH25H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
