Across TCGA cell cohorts, CH25H RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,225 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CH25H-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cytokine-mediated signaling pathway, Adrenal gland development, and Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class Ib. Each is linked with CH25H in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CH25H-to-partner and partner-to-CH25H results are reported.
