CH25H

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CH25H mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 370 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CH25H-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARNTL2, NPFFR2, and SYP. Each is linked with CH25H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CH25H-to-partner and partner-to-CH25H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARNTL2 grouped by CH25H-low versus CH25H-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CH25H→partner) and Y-score (partner→CH25H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
