CGRRF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CGRRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,789 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGRRF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC42BPB, GMFB, and YLPM1. Each is linked with CGRRF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGRRF1-to-partner and partner-to-CGRRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CGRRF1 versus CDC42BPB in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CGRRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CGRRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
