CGRRF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CGRRF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,513 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGRRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSU72, KIAA1841, and CDT1. Each is linked with CGRRF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGRRF1-to-partner and partner-to-CGRRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CGRRF1 versus SSU72 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CGRRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CGRRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
