CGRRF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CGRRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,304 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGRRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMFB, ACTR10, and ZNF410. Each is linked with CGRRF1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGRRF1-to-partner and partner-to-CGRRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CGRRF1 versus GMFB in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CGRRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CGRRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
