Across TCGA cell cohorts, CGRRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,043 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGRRF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle tethering to Golgi, Vesicle coating, and Vesicle tethering. Each is linked with CGRRF1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGRRF1-to-partner and partner-to-CGRRF1 results are reported.
