Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CGB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 266 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CGB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB1, TJP1, and MINDY4. Each is linked with CGB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGB2-to-partner and partner-to-CGB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CGB2 versus CRYBB1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CGB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CGB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
