Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CGB2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CGB2 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CGB2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CGB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LIHC, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where CGB2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
