CGA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CGA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,351 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are N4BP3, CPM, and P4HB. Each is linked with CGA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGA-to-partner and partner-to-CGA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CGA versus N4BP3 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
