CGA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CGA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFB6, OPRPN, and OR2T4. Each is linked with CGA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGA-to-partner and partner-to-CGA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPIFB6 grouped by CGA-low versus CGA-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
