CFAP97

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP97 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,013 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP97-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP57, IQUB, and DYNLRB2. Each is linked with CFAP97 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP97-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP97 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP97 versus CFAP57 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP97→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP97) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
