CFAP94

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP94 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,512 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP94-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHMP3, CYP39A1, and MKI67. Each is linked with CFAP94 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP94-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP94 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP94 versus CHMP3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP94→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP94) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
