CFAP57

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP57 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,140 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP57-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL513P, MIR4285, and ABALON. Each is linked with CFAP57 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP57-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP57 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL513P grouped by CFAP57-low versus CFAP57-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP57→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP57) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
