Across TCGA cell cohorts, CFAP57 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,307 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP57-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are IRES-dependent viral translational initiation, Protein localization to cytoskeleton, and Protein localization to cilium. Each is linked with CFAP57 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP57-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP57 results are reported.
