CFAP46

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CFAP46 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,192 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CFAP46-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CROCC, DNALI1, and EFCAB7. Each is linked with CFAP46 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CFAP46-to-partner and partner-to-CFAP46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CFAP46 versus CROCC in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CFAP46→partner) and Y-score (partner→CFAP46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
